We offer the services of five street food traders who are ready to tantalise your taste buds with a diverse range of culinary delights.

Our Location
Area Manchester is set right in the heart of the city on Sackville Street, beside Sackville Gardens and just a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station. Stepping out of the station, guests can reach the venue in around 10 minutes on foot, arriving straight into the energy of Manchester’s city centre and the iconic Gay Village.
With Piccadilly connecting directly to national rail routes, Metrolink links, and major bus services, Area Manchester is effortlessly accessible for visitors coming from across Greater Manchester and the wider UK. A Versatile Space
Our main room is an open, versatile space spread across multiple levels, creating natural zones for different experiences—whether that’s a high-energy dancefloor, a seated audience, or a full production setup. With a large stage area and room for lighting, visuals, and performance builds, it’s ideal for live shows, club nights, brand activations, and everything in between.
Downstairs, you’ll find a separate, more intimate room that works perfectly as a second event space or breakout area. It can be used for smaller gatherings, private parties, workshops, VIP hosting, or as a complementary room to the main event—giving you the freedom to run two atmospheres under one roof. Together, the spaces make Area Manchester a truly adaptable venue, built to support creative ideas, smooth event flow, and unforgettable events.

Lightbox
The iconic Lightbox, which takes its name from the 360 degree LED walls that cover the space. Fit with a bar and state of the art soundsystem.

Temple
One of our most intimate spaces, Temple is fit with a bar and state of the art sound system and lighting.
Zebra
Leading on from Temple, Zebra is fit with a bar and state of the art sound system and lighting.
Protocol VIP
Cosy VIP booths make up the final arch of our complex.
Fire Main
The largest of our arches, the space is equipped with a state of soundsystem and a cutting edge LED Screen display covering the whole length of the ceiling and behind the stage.
